Reliable smoke detection with infrared scattering technology
Our photoelectric smoke detector uses an infrared LED and a photosensitive receiver placed at an angle in a dark chamber. In a smoke-free environment, the receiver detects minimal light. When smoke enters, particles scatter the infrared light toward the receiver. If the detected signal exceeds the threshold, the alarm triggers and emits a warning sound
