Sensereo is pleased to announce that we have been selected as one of 11 start-ups joining the third cohort of the HKHS Cyberport PropTech PoC Programme, jointly organised by the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) and Cyberport.

Through the Sensereo PropTech PoC Programme, we will explore practical fire safety monitoring system solutions for residential communities and property management environments, supporting the future of smart building fire safety in Hong Kong.

The new cohort was welcomed at Smart-Space PropTech on 28 July 2026 during a ceremony that also celebrated the completion of the programme’s second cohort. The programme connects technology companies with real-world application scenarios across housing, construction and property management, helping innovative solutions progress from concept toward practical deployment.

Sensereo PropTech PoC Programme: Advancing Fire Safety Through Real-World Validation

Sensereo will participate in the programme with a focus on developing and validating a fire safety monitoring system. Over the next 18 months, the third cohort will explore innovative technologies that improve operational efficiency and safety across housing, construction and property management environments.

For Sensereo, the HKHS Cyberport PropTech Programme provides an opportunity to collaborate with industry partners, validate connected fire safety technologies in real-world scenarios, and better understand the needs of modern buildings and residential communities.

From Connected Fire Safety to Smarter Communities

At Sensereo, we believe fire safety technology should be reliable, practical and built around the needs of residents, property managers and building operators. Our work focuses on connected fire safety solutions that make monitoring more responsive while integrating naturally into modern smart building environments.

Participation in the Sensereo PropTech PoC Programme will help us refine our technology through field-based learning and collaboration. Insights from the programme will guide the future development of Sensereo fire safety technology for smarter buildings and connected communities.

Exploring Smart Building Fire Safety Solutions

Through this Hong Kong PropTech initiative, Sensereo will explore how connected sensors, cloud services and intelligent monitoring can improve smart building fire safety while supporting property management teams with more efficient fire safety monitoring.

The programme provides an opportunity to validate new ideas in practical environments and better understand the requirements of housing operators, property managers and building occupants.

Looking Ahead

We look forward to working with HKHS, Cyberport and fellow innovators throughout the programme. As the PoC progresses, we will continue sharing meaningful updates on our work and the lessons gained from this collaborative journey.

Together, we hope to contribute to safer, smarter and more sustainable communities through practical PropTech fire safety innovation and continued investment in Sensereo fire safety technology.
